Ingredients
  1. 2 Whole Eggs
  2. 2 Egg Whites
  3. 1/4 Avocado
  4. 2 Tbls Salsa
  5. 3 Tblsp canned, rinsed Black Beans
  6. 1 Mission Carb Balance Wrap
Instructions
  1. Heat a Medium Skillet on Med Heat
  2. Beat Eggs and White in a bowl and scramble in the Skillet
  3. When eggs are almost finished, toss in beans and finish scrambling eggs until desired doneness
  4. microwave wrap a few seconds to soften it up
  5. Toss Eggs & Beans, Salsa, and the avocado on the wrap, twist it up, and enjoy it as you run out the door!
Notes
  1. I use the Mission Carb Balance Wraps to increase the fiber and balance out the carbs for a net of 4 carbs per wrap.
