Ingredients
  1. 2 tbsp dried parsley
  2. 2 tsp garlic powder
  3. 2 tsp onion powder
  4. 1 tsp dried dill
  5. 1 tsp dried chives
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp pepper
  8. 2 tbsp olive oil
  9. 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  10. 5 red skin potatoes, chopped
  11. 5 carrots, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine dried herbs and spices in a bowl and stir well.
  3. Arrange chicken, potatoes and carrots on a large baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with 2 to 3 tbsp of ranch seasoning. Store the remaining seasoning for later use.
  5. Bake until chicken reaches at least 165°F or about 35-45 Mins Broil for the last 2 minutes of cooking to get a nice char on the top.
Notes
  1. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for the next 4 days.
